Top Business Smartphones

While it is easy to find a good smartphone it is not that easy to find a good business smartphone. Why is that? We will answer this question and at the same time present some top business smartphones. Check below for great offers and outstanding business smartphones.

Not every smartphone is a business smartphone

When looking for business smartphones it is good to know that not every smartphone is a business smartphone. So don’t buy a regular phone when you are actually looking for a business smartphone. The reason is that business smartphones come with the configurations, size and quality that business people need. And who would want to miss out on that.

What is a business smartphone then?

Business Smartphones have certain characteristics. First, they have a strong battery. The reason for that is obvious: Business people do not have the time to deal with chargers in a stressful morning or worry about the battery capacity in a meeting.

Secondly, business smartphones are often bigger in size. Since you want to check your emails on such a phone a certain screen size is needed.

Apart from emails, a business smartphone should support you when you do not have a laptop within reach. And lastly, you will spend a lot of time with that phone so you do your eyes a favour with a bigger screen.

Next, business smartphones should have a certain durability. While you might want to switch your private phone every other year to have the latest design and technology, business smartphones should endure.

The reason is that the data on that phone is very valuable so you want to avoid touching it too often.

Talking about data and disclosed information. Business phones might come with extra security precautions. Might it be a face recognition software, a fingerprint sensor or NFC. Another feature is that business phones support amazing office apps like a pdf viewer of the full microsoft office package. And business smartphones often come with special deals for businesses.

Samsung Galaxy Note 9

The Samsung Galaxy Note series is specifically designed for the business world. Therefore, the Note 9 is not the only Samsung on our list. The Note 9 comes, as every Samsung Galaxy Note, with a pen. The pen is primarily to facilitate note taking. However, the introduced bluetooth connection also allows us to use the pen as a remote camera control and slideshow control.

The big screen is ideal for checking emails and the split screen function allows to do so even more efficiently. Next to that, the Samsung DeX function allows you to use the Note 9 as a desktop to which you can connect a monitor, keyboard or mouse. The Note 9 operates on the Snapdragon 845 or Exynos 9810 processor. You can choose between 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage or 8GB RAM and 512 GB internal storage. The battery comes with 4000 mAh.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20

As promised, the next Samsung Galaxy Note on our list. This time it is the Note 20. The Note 20 is the latest version of the Note-Family. It also comes with a bluetooth connected S pen and the DeX function. The Note 20 can also be purchased as the Note 20 Ultra. The Ultra version comes in contrast to the Note 20 version with the option to extend the storage with an SD card and a higher refresh rate. Both are important things for business people. In contrast to the Note 9 the Note 20/ Note 20 Ultra can be purchased with 5G connectivity.

The 4300 mAh battery for the Note 20 and the 4500 mAh battery for the Note 20 Ultra ensure that you do not have to worry about empty batteries. The incorporated Gorilla glass ensures durability and the Exynos 990 system-on-chip or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ processor ensures performance.

The iPhone 12 is a great choice because it comes with an improved OLED display compared to the iPhone 11 and it is compatible with 5G. These features improve the productivity that this phone offers. The MagSafe charging option is what business people value because you can charge your phone on the go.

The 2,815mAh battery and the 4GB RAM with up to 256GB internal storage make this phone a fair player on our list but not the best one.

OnePlus 8

The OnePlus 8 is the choice for the price conscious business people. The phone supports 5G connectivity. It also offers a reading mode to support your eyes on a long business day. With the Oxygen OS the phone comes with an intuitive interface. Also the Oxygen OS comes with a new AOD style that allows you to have a personalized screen with all the information that you need.
